VOLUNTEER FOR STATE

& WIN PRIZES including a CUSTOM SADDLE!

plus GET A FREE SHIRT SPONSORED BY BIT N SPUR & PANHANDLE SLIM,

and GET STALL DISCOUNTS!

1.  STALLS ARE LIMITED!
We will only provide stalls for those people who have reserved them.  If you reserve a stall and find out later that you do not need the stall, we will provide a refund of your stall money ONLY IF we are able to resell the stall.  If we cannot resell the stall, we will not absorb the cost of your stall for you.

If you plan on late entering the race, make sure you purchase your stalls in advance.  We have 380 stalls available and must notify the stall contractor 2 weeks before the event what the final "headcount" is on the stall reservations.  Last year, we completely SOLD OUT of stalls - so PLEASE make sure we have your requirements ahead of time so we can accommodate you.  IF YOU LATE ENTER AND DO NOT HAVE A STALL BOOKED, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL HAVE A STALL FOR YOU.  Of course, you are welcome to bring your own panels and set them up.  There is no charge for setting up your own panels but there is a $10.00 day fee if you plan on camping overnight without hookups.

2.  OUTDOOR PANELS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY THE FAIRGROUNDS THIS YEAR.
If you have the kind of horse that cannot stay in a stall, but must have a pen, then please bring panels or contact www.cartacorral.com and purchase panels from them.  We will NOT be able to accommodate you.  Cart a Corral has agreed to deliver the panels to the State Show - this will save you big $$$ on shipping if you are planning on purchasing a set of panels.

3.  SANCTIONING/POINTS

District Sidepots and insurance sidepot carry over from the OPEN only AND ARE NOT SANCTIONED FOR POINTS.  PAYOUT ONLY!  These are intended to be fundraisers for your District.   Co-sanctioning Districts will receive points from the Open, Youth & Senior classes as applicable.

4.  RV HOOKUPS -
Please note that the area designated for RV hookups at the Tulare County Fairgrounds does not allow you to set up panels in that area.  Horses are not allowed in that area.  You can dry camp most anywhere else on the grounds for a small fee and set up your portable panels at no charge.

 5.    QUALIFYING FOR STATE:
CHECK WITH YOUR DISTRICT DIRECTOR TO ASK WHETHER OR NOT YOU QUALIFY.   IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHO YOUR DIRECTOR IS, CONTACT SUSAN ESKANDER (818)317-7852 AND SHE WILL PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER FOR YOU TO CALL.
